Shipping & Delivery Policy

  • Processing time may vary in case of high order volumes, stock unavailability, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Orders will only be processed after successful payment confirmation.

2. Shipping Timeline

  • Delivery PIN code and serviceability by our courier partners.
  • 3–7 working days from the date of dispatch.
  • Remote or non-serviceable locations may take longer.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before you make the payment.
  • Free shipping promotions from time to time, which will be clearly mentioned on the website.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipment tracking ID via email and/or SMS.
  • You can use this tracking ID to check the live status of your delivery.


5. Delivery Attempts

  • Up to 2 delivery attempts. If the order is not accepted or the delivery fails due to incorrect details, it will be returned to us.
  • In such cases, re-shipping may incur additional charges.

6. Delays & Exceptions

  • Weather conditions, strikes, natural disasters, or courier issues beyond our control.
  • We will keep you informed in case of significant delays.
