At Rainbow Uniforms, we take great pride in the quality, fit, and craftsmanship of our products. While we aim for 100% satisfaction, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. We offer a hassle-free return and exchange process to make your shopping experience smooth.
Please note: We do not offer refunds. All approved returns will be issued as store credit in the form of a Credit Note, which never expires and can be used anytime on our website.
Eligibility for Return/Exchange
✅ Requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
✅ Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with tags intact.
✅ Only size exchanges or cases of product defects/wrong item received are eligible.
🚫 Customised or altered products are not eligible for return or exchange.
🚫 Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, or missing tags will not be accepted.
Fabric Quality & Product Complaints
If you experience any fabric-related issues such as:
- Pilling
- Color bleeding
- Fabric fragility or tearing
Please notify us within 5 days of purchase. Beyond this window, we may not be able to process complaints.
How to Initiate a Return/Exchange
- Email us at [info@rainbowuniforms.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
- Once your request is approved, you will be guided on the return shipping process.
- Return Shipping Costs:
If the item is defective or incorrect, we will arrange a reverse pickup at no extra cost.
